These terms apply to your use of the Tsema website and to any order, booking or enquiry you place with us. By using this site you agree to them.

Products

Our fragrances are hand-poured in small batches. Slight variations in colour, fill level and scent strength are a natural characteristic of handmade products and are not defects. Product images are representative; packaging may evolve.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• An order is confirmed only once payment has been received in full.
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in the event of an obvious pricing error or if stock is unavailable.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from dispatch. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please see our shipping page for full details.

Returns

Returns are governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

Corporate gifting

Corporate and custom orders are quoted individually. A deposit may be required before production begins. Branded, personalised and bulk custom orders are non-returnable once production has started. Lead times quoted are estimates and depend on approval of artwork and receipt of payment.

Workshops

Workshop bookings are confirmed on payment. Bookings may be rescheduled up to 7 days before the date, subject to availability; cancellations inside 7 days are non-refundable. We may reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances and will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Safe use

Fragrance products are for household use only and are not for ingestion. Keep out of reach of children and pets, away from open flame, heat and direct sunlight, and place diffusers on a protected, stable surface. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse.

Reviews and submitted content

By submitting a review or photograph you confirm it is your own and grant us permission to publish it on our website and marketing channels. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The Tsema name, logo, imagery, fragrance names and website content belong to Tsema and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
